I am a 20 year teaching veteran with an M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction. Along with my classroom duties, I worked as a regional trainer for the Teacher Leadership Project in Washington State – a major technological thrust in education funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. That led me to explore opportunities to move my students and class onto the information super highway which eventually led me to taking courses and finally teaching courses online.
I now work online full time as a writer, instructional designer, and professional development instructor helping other educators as they develop their own skills with technology, and moving them into the world of teaching and learning online.
